They’re amazing at providing patient centered care. They’re so friendly and caring. I couldn’t ask for better care. Lesley at the front desk is so friendly, Toi did a great job introducing me to the facility and cleaning my teeth, and Dr. Packard was very welcoming and did a great job explaining everything! "I had a super positive time at Precision Dental during my first visit. From the first few faces who greet you, to the last team member you meet with, everyone on staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions, explained each step of my appointment, and checked in with me throughout my time there. They were very flexible and understanding of my schedule and worked with me to find the best day for my first appointment as well as future appointments. I loved that I was given a tour of the building first thing and that I was included in choosing the music in my room. Hilary is very fun, positive, and great at what she does. Bryan is very kind and has a way of explaining things that helps you understand everything. I am so glad to have found a great dentist office that I trust and can feel good about visiting again in the future."
"Precision Dental has such a hard working team, and they truly make you feel welcomed in their office! This place is more than just a dental office, they have a meaning behind them. They work with the HIVE and for every 20 patients they sponsor a member at the HIVE. Not only do they care about their patients, they are just so involved with their community. You just don’t see that in your typical dental office. Dr. Packard and Dr. Naz are excellent dentists who have a goal for their patients. "Today, I went to Precision Dental for a teeth cleaning. If I’m being honest, I haven’t been to a dentist in about 8 years... I had some pretty bad experiences that left me VERY uneasy about getting my teeth cleaned. So going today was a big deal and I was ridiculously nervous. After my visit today, I’m happy to say that I’m actually looking forward to my next visit! Samantha was AMAZING and put so many of my fears to rest about the actual cleaning, and Dr. Packard was just as wonderful and sincere...I don’t even think I’m scared about getting my wisdom tooth removed after today! Thank you a million times over, Dr. Packard and Samantha, for making this such a great experience! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming! Will 1000% recommend Precision Dental to anyone needing a dentist!"
“I have never had a dental experience like I did today! This place is beyond amazing! From the moment you walk into the beautiful building, the accommodating staff, the state-of-the-art equipment, and the family atmosphere you receive from the dental assistants, hygienists and Dr. Bryan himself, is totally unheard of in today’s busy, make-a-buck world! Max and I could not even imagine how incredible a dental cleaning could be. Seriously, this place is the absolute best! Please give them a try! I promise you, too, will be impressed.”
